Incredible views, thoroughly enjoyed convenient and incredible setting.
The room was large with facilities we needed. The staff was helpful and affable and around most of the time. Excellent service, just what we needed. Location: the hotel was really close to bus stop and restaurants, and the Happo One ski lifts, several restaurants and the Rythm ski rental shop. Furthermore, to Hakuba bus station where buses direct to Shinjuku Nagano Station can be caught...

The hotel has a homely atmosphere with friendly staff. the view of the mountains and trees is particularly nice. the breakfast is marvelous with a wide array of food and beverages. It's easy to access and conveniently located near many great cafes, restaurants, ski rental stores, and convenience stores. There is a nearby noodle inn that is a great place to relax. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with nothing to complain about.

The shabu shabu at Oomukou Ryokan is an absolute game-changer, trust me, you'll be dreaming about it for days! Mama Yoko's fresh bakes and light snacks are a delightful touch. the discount ski passes and central location are super convenient.
The small onsen can get busy after a day of shredding the slopes, but hey, good things are worth the wait in Hakuba, right?

Oomukou Ryokan was exceptional! the staff were incredibly helpful and lovely. Easy access to discount ski passes, two nearby ski rental places, and a fabulous onsen. Centrally located in the village, close to the Happo One Gondola, bus station, and restaurants. the Kotatsu in the room was cozy and traditional, providing a genuine Japanese experience. Can't wait to return later this year!
